Refund Policy

ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, reach out to us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return shipping fee:If the return is due to an error of customer ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for the returned items, which could be more than $5. PLEASE CHECK THE SIZING CHART BEFORE ORDERING, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK CUSTOMER SUPPORT.All items MUST be returned/shipped back to our processing facility in New York, NY, USA.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.Delivered Items Reported Missing:Any items confirmed delivered by the postal service and are confirmed via tracking provided are deemed delivered.  Therefore, if a customer claims they are not in receipt of the item, yet tracking shows delivered, customer will not be refunded.  Loomrack denies any responsibility for processing a refund or resending an item if said item is confirmed as delivered.  
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

AFTER YOU'VE PURCHASED

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses Located in Europe, Asia and United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Shipping confirmation

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location.  Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier.

If the order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free, and you may need to place the order again. 

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so that the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has been placed more than 1 (one) hour ago we can not make any changes. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EURO,  which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, WE ARE RECEIVING; YOUR SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. REST ASSURED, WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ASAP. WE KNOW IT MAY BE FRUSTRATING TO WAIT FOR LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR YOUR ORDER, BUT THE ONE THING WE DON’T WANT TO DO IS SACRIFICE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING
